Auctions R Us (2009) Ltd. is the most versatile auction facility. We conduct auctions from commodities, collector car, agriculture, industrial, estate, offsite business and everything in between.

Our auctions sales can be conducted every week or at client's request. This gives us the opportunity to disperse the file at once or over a period of time to achieve market value for the items sold.

The latest Auction Program Sold II gives us the opportunity to lot and catalogue your sale items and gives you a complete listing of sold items, this gives the customer the opportunity to know what item is being sold and can put an approximate time on when a certain item is going to be sold.

• Open Monday thru Friday 9am to 4:30pm, with flexibility to receive incoming merchandise. Sale days are usually Saturdays.
• All auction sale listings, details and pictures on our custom designed web page. Upcoming sale listed ahead on web page for customer awareness.
• Previewing of sale items held the day before sale, allowing customers, family, businesses and associates to view all goods that will be sold.
• All sales can be digitally camera recorded with voice to prevent discrepancies concerning price, items sold in quantity or bidders number.
• Commission rates are negotiable, depending on size or value of file. The rate includes the setup, lotting, cataloguing, marketing and advertising.
• Sale proceeds/payouts within 10 business days with funds held in trust for the payee.
• Licensed auctioneer with federal and provincial business licenses.

Appraisals - Private/Business

Auctions R Us (2009) Ltd. provides appraisal services of the contents of business and personal property, including collector cars, industrial equipment. We are experienced appraisers and we keep up-to-date with the current value of goods.

All business and private appraisals are kept confidential. The appraised inventory is recorded with digital pictures and downloaded on CD for record and for client use. As well, each item can be individually listed with current market value.

Westend Facilities

Our facility is over 14,000 sq. feet our exceptional well lit auction floor is 7000 sq. feet and 7000 sq. feet of warehouse and storage space available. We operate out of a 10 year old building with current building code standards, including indoor fire sprinklers. It is fully alarmed and monitored by BML Security. The building has double door front entrance as well as motion censored single sliding door for wheelchair access, and easy entry as well as carry out. We have a grade level 10’x10’ bay door for loading and unloading as well as a 5000lb forklift available. We have onsite concession with valid food license through Capital Health Authority. There is an ample amount of parking (150 – 200 vehicles) including 2 wheelchair stalls. Lighted parking lot is fully paved with landscaped premises. Easy access, we are close to Anthony Henday, Whitemud Freeway and Yellowhead Highway.

Offsite Sales

Auctions R Us (2009) Ltd. has two complete sound units, with the most upgraded sound systems to host your auction any place any time.

We are available at our customers request to provide onsite auctions for your convenience. You provide the product and we will complete the rest. Our staff ready to help set up the sale, provide professional auctioneers, ringmen and administration staff. Our expertise in offsite auctions have made our customers extremely pleased with the disbursement of their goods.
